Ten Lessons Learned from the Book “Ikigai The Japanese Secret
to a Long and Happy Life”

By Hector Garcia and Francesc Miralles

The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life.

Japanese say everyone has an Ikigai or a reason to live. And is formed from the union of the circles of What you Love, What you are Good at, What the World Needs, and What they can pay you for.

In the union of these circles, you’ll find Your Passion, Mission, Profession, and Vocation. When you achieve balance in all four, you will find your IKIAGI.

Combining these principles with a balanced, healthy meal, plus meditation and exercise like Radio Taiso, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Shiatsu, and practicing breathing, you can eliminate the stress caused by living in an enormous city and a sedentary job.
